Born and raised in Brooklyn, my fitness journey—my discipline, my dedication, my hard work—has been a foundation in navigating both my successes and failures throughout my life. I want to use my 7+ years of experience as a trainer to educate and impact as many people as possible when it comes to effectively eating, training, and wellness goal-setting. My number one priority is that my clients can independently live a healthy lifestyle that adapts to their everyday needs. Together, we’ll make permanent changes that will last a lifetime.
I believe in accessibility, which is why my coaching is virtual. With time being our most valuable resource, online sessions remove the barrier of in-person meet-ups, making it easier for clients to live a healthier lifestyle from wherever they are.
